        We represent both underwriters and issuers in public offerings on domestic and international stock exchanges. We involve initial public offerings (IPOs), subsequent offerings, reverse take-over (RTO), alternative public offering (APO) and private investment in public equity (PIPE). We also act as counsel for the companies with regard to corporate restructuring and reorganization, preparation of necessary legal documents such as prospectuses, legal opinions, legal reports and post-IPO disclosure materials, verify relevant application documents, conduct legal due diligence investigation, employee incentive plans, disclosure and compliance and corporate governance as well as venture capital and private equity.
